The star-studded Jameson Empire Awards were held last night at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London and Tresor Paris was delighted to sponsor the Best Male Newcomer Category.

On arrival at the red carpet, guests were greeted by television presenter and DJ; Alex Zane, as well as the media team from Tresor Paris who caught all the red carpet action from Sophie Turner, Richard Armitage, Amara Khan and Emma Thompson. Head to the Tresor Paris YouTube page for all the latest.

With spring fast approaching, all the celebrities made sure they were right on trend. Cut-out dresses and tops were a huge hit and paired with simple jewellery, the women all looked fabulous. Kate Beckinsale was leading the fashion pack in a cut out Jenny Packham dress, following closely by Margot Robbie in Paper London and Sophie Turner in Mary Katrantzou. On the other hand, the men looked sophisticated in grey or blue suits and for those who were feeling a little brave, tartan was the pattern of choice. Will Poulter was flying the fashion flag for the men and looked dapper in a Prada suit.

As always, celebrities loved all the Tresor Paris jewellery including Best Female Newcomer award winner Margot Robbie loved the Hearts and Arrows Blandice Argent earrings, necklace and ring. Even Steve Coogan couldn’t resist and was pictured wearing a pair of Dualité Blanc earrings.

Once celebrities had their turn on the red carpet, it was time to enter the Great Room for the ceremony, which was presented by Actor James Nesbitt, who played Bofur in The Hobbit series, and surprised everyone by opening the show with a song.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, winner of the Empire 25th Award for The Action Hero of Our Lifetime award, gave the greatest speech of the evening during which he described how he was rejected at every step he took to become a bodybuilder and actor, only to defeat all the obstacles to become a highly successful actor all over the world. Other big winners of the night include Aiden Turner (Best Newcomer), Margot Robbie (Best Newcomer), Emma Thompson (Best Actress), Gravity (Best Film and Director).

As expected, the crowds of fans lining the street to get a glimpse of the numerous celebrities went wild when Tom Cruise turned up. Ever the gentleman, Tom took time to greet everyone and was extremely chatty with all the interviewers. Tom was there to collect his Empire 25th Award for The Legend of Our Lifetime.

All guests went home with a goody bag full of luxuries at the end of the evening, including novels by Lawrence Block, Jeffery Deaver and Joe Hill, edible treats including chocolate, popcorn and cereal bars, mascara, cleansing oil and face wash.

Tresor Paris, a UK Jewellery Award winner has once again collaborated with Fyodor Golan to help put the finishing touches to their SS14 collection ‘Electric Children’.

A grey cloudy morning in Central London, splashes of intense colour could be seen high above street level in an enourmous minimal function hall, with floor to ceiling windows sweeping the skyline.

280 High Holborn hosted the buzzing fashion event, which fired the starting gun for London Fashion Week 2013 with one of the hottest designers in the fashion capital, Fyodor Podgorny and Golan Frydman.

Launching their collection, ‘Electric Children’ Fyodor Golan hosted celebrities like Laura Whitmore and Dionne Bromfield, not to mention our favourite blogger Mun Wai Wong. The show itself focused of the reinvention of ‘sportswear luxe’ using sharp geometric forms and a cacophony of textures such as leather, snakeskin, and sheer flowing fabrics.

Inspired by motorcycle wear, this high fashion pair succeeded in transforming a masculine look into a sophisticated, feminine style with short jackets and slimline skirts.

Ceramic Tresor Paris beads were sewn on to bralets, tops and dresses, embellishing and adding another layer of texture to the collection. Tresor Paris were delighted to see the pair dazzle the fashion elite, receiving a warm round of applause after the show and ensuring their name will be remembered at London Fashion Week 2013!

A warm congratulations to them both!

Tresor Paris spent an incredible evening last night at the MOBOs nominations party. Held at the illustrious London Connaught Rooms in Mayfair, guests were greeted with incredible British style canapés and flowing wine, champagne and cocktails. In the glittering golden Grand Hall Tresor Paris were seated front and centre to watch incredible performances from So Solid Crew (covered in Tresor Paris jewellery), MOBO Unsung winners In’Sight, Fuse ODG, and X factor’s Jahmene Douglas.  In’Sight, the unsigned vocalists were for many the highlight of the evening, and So Solid Crew’s rendition of Happy Birthday to the MOBOs was definitely a close second!

Organiser Kanya King (also glittering in a beautiful Tresor Paris necklace) gave a rousing speech about the 18 years of history behind the MOBOs, really opening the audience’s eyes to the all year round nature of the organization, and its dedication to exposing and promoting niche music to the masses. The largest urban music awards in Europe put on a showstopper of a night, and in between mini burgers and pick ‘n’ mix, Tresor Paris had a chance to meet some of the stars and present them with their very own Tresor Paris jewellery. Fuse ODG, after performing his hit single Antenna, came off stage to be gifted a stunning Cornimont White Crystal & Black Agate One Piece Necklace, he loved the piece- in his words “Jewel me up!” Best Male Act nominee Wiley also went away with a beautiful matte black agate and pavé set silver Liesse Blanc bracelet from the brand new men’s collection. Best Album nominee Angel, with his incredible new release About Time, popped over to the table to say hi, and left with Ombre Or, a stunning yellow gold plated bracelet with a pavé set white crystal bead at the centre. So many brilliant speeches, performances, and heartfelt well wishers gave this evening an undeniably electric atmosphere.

Tresor Paris are truly beaming with pride to be sponsoring the Best Female Act category this year, which this year has a mind blowing calibre of talent to choose from- Jessie J, Jessie Ware, Laura Mvula, Lianna La Havas, Rita Ora are all going head to head for this incredible honour. Gina is not embarrassed about her wealthy lifestyle. She admits she has never been on a train or bus but would love to experience it.

Gina Rio popped in to the Tresor Paris HQ yesterday to grace the staff with her gleaming, glitzy presence. The air became that little bit more thick with gold dust as the heiress wafted in to room coated in designer gear. Unashamed of her opulent lifestyle, Rio has taken the nation by storm when she appeared on big brother. She became immediately a favourite to win at the bookies as soon as the public caught wind of her allowance, lifestyle and her inexperience with all things considered normal!

Her mother gives her a £10,000 per month, lived at the Savoy for a wopping  £20,000 per month and describes herself as a lady of leisure. It was these attributes that led to Gina clashing with fellow contestant Hazel while in the BB house. A strong personality, Gina Rio has no problem putting the proletariat in their place, and the viewers of Big Brother loved every second of it. Tresor Paris gifted the reality star with a stunning white crystal necklace from the luxurious Neptune collection, sparkling like diamonds to match that 24 carat lifestyle!

Known for cracking quotes such as “I remember pointing at a bus when I was a kid and telling mum I wanted to go on one” and “But I drive everywhere or if I want to go to Paris then I fly. I go by private jet, mum organises it.” It’s truly a pleasure to watch Gina exist the life we all dreamed of. Having recently  bought a £2million house in King’s Cross, we at Tresor Paris are positive that we will see more of the diamond diva on our screens.

The Tresor Paris team were delighted when they were led to believe they had met Korean internet dance sensation Psy, who infamously started the ‘Gangnam Style’ craze that swept the globe this year.

Psy, whose debut single has been parodied infinitely on YouTube by fans making their own versions of the dance craze, appeared in several celebrity snaps and twitter feeds from the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Actor Adrian Brody, new Bond girl Naomi Harris, DJ Sanchez, and even Tresor Paris all posted images of the be-spectacled star on their social networking sites- Unaware that he was a look-alike!

But this imposter’s mischievous plot was soon revealed when Psy himself tweeted from Singapore, “’Seems like there’s another ME at Cannes…say Hi to him.’ This new immediately began to trickle down the Twittersphere to the press, which is how Tresor Paris got wind of this cheeky prankster’s antics!  Despite having gifted him an considerably valuable bracelet from the Orion collection, Tresor Paris know when to admit defeat and pay homage to a master of deception!

We admit it… we were completely fooled! As the Tresor Paris team nurse their bruised pride, they take solace in the fact that they were not the only people to fall for this elaborate ruse!

Tresor Paris were in for a super special treat when they ran into Fast and Furious stars Paul Walker and Bow Wow at the Rhodes club in London. The pair were in town for the red carpet premiere of the brand new high-octane addition to the Fast and Furious 6 saga!

Walker, whose big break came when he starred opposite Vin Diesel in the successful action film The Fast and the Furious in 2001, he has since featured in all the films in the franchise. Throughout his career Paul Walker has really proved himself as the ultimate adrenaline junkie, his hobbies including swimming with and tagging sharks off the coast of Mexico, and performing his own car stunts. This daredevil has also won the Teen Choice Awards Choice Movie Chemistry Prize, for chemistry between him….. and his car!

Bow Wow first rocketed to fame after being talent spotted by Snoop Dogg, performing at a concert in 1993 aged just six years old! After releasing an impressive discography all before the age of sixteen, Bow Wow began his career on the silver screen. His first lead role was in Like Mike, and he has continued to enjoy success in the movie business, playing a supporting role in The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift in 2006, which is where Bow Wow and Paul Walker first met.

We couldn’t let Walker leave without one of our highly sought after white crystal & magnetite stainless steel cross necklaces from our sleek and sexy Mechelen collection. The Tresor Paris team left Bow Wow laden with glittering goodies too, including a white silicone and crystal encrusted watch, with a white crystal and stainless steel interchangeable bezel from our brand new Iconic Strength Luxury range. We also gifted him with two crystal and polished stainless steel necklaces from the Neptune collection, one in a warm gold, and the other in stunning diamond white. It tickled Tresor Paris pink to release these blinging boys back into the wild laden with glistening crystal, and we look forward to catching them both in their future adventures!
