Held at Jack Barclay Bentley in Berkley Square, London, the evening was a spectacular affair. As a supercar showroom, it is the perfect venue for an evening of indulgence. With sparkling black and white tiled flooring, sky-high ceilings and of course two spectacular Bentley’s taking pride of place in the windows, it was sure to be a glamorous event.

Celebrity guests including Professor Green, Uri Geller, Boyzone members Shane Lynch and Keith Duffy, Phats and Small Ben Ofoedu, DCI Banks actor Ray Panthanki, The Streets Leo the Lion and former Eastenders star Michael Greco were in attendance, as well as London based singer-songwriter Jonny Winston who gave a spine-tingling performance. Magician Josh Brett exhibited some of his awe-inspiring tricks throughout the evening. Will Cozens of Capital FM DJ’ed the event.

The evening was held to showcase the new collection of Nouveau Hexagone watches. These striking watches are Swiss-made and come in an array of different designs. Faces are covered with chic crystal cut glass for an iconic Tresor Paris look. Some models are made from 18ct white, rose or yellow gold plating. All the bezels are interchangeable if you want to co-ordinate for day or evening with various outfits. There are three different sizes: 40mm, 44mm, 48mm according to one’s taste and two key styles; the precision with a plain or sparkly dial and the precision chronograph with a diamond chronograph.  They will be available for pre-order on the Tresor Paris website from 2nd April 2014.

Guests were greated with a glass of Champagne Jacquart, alongside delicious canapés. Throughout the evening, guests had a choice of drinks including Pays d’Oc IGP and Ver2 Vodka, the UK’s first caffeine and guarana infused vodka. Mojitos made by Jumbles, one of the UK’s best flaring barmen, seemed to be the drink of choice for many.

The evening was casino themed, with guests receiving unique Tresor Paris poker chip invitations which could be exchanged for casino chips. The person who managed to amass the greatest number of chips at the end of the gaming session was the lucky winner of a watch from the Nouveau Hexagone Collection, which is yet to be released to the public. The prize watch was the stunning salmon pink faced, 18ct white gold plated stainless steel Precision Chronograph.

Four models added a touch of glamour to the evening and provided a focal point for admiring the exquisite watches. On Tuesday 26th November 2013, the Tresor Paris team attended The Enchanted Ball hosted by Macmillan Cancer Support.

Guests arrived at the Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair to be greeted by a glass of champagne and were given the opportunity to buy a leaf from the ‘Tree of Life’. Each leaf would correspond to an amazing prize, including a hamper from Harrods, dinner for two at an assortment of restaurants, and tickets to theatre productions.

Doors to the ballroom then opened promptly at 8pm, and the University Gospel Choir of the Year sang as everyone made their way to their seats. Gold trees adorned with twinkling lights were sporadically placed as centre pieces on tables, with beautiful flower arrangements on other tables. Locations from children’s books were used as table names; including Atlantis, Pixies Hollow and Dragon Island to name a few.

Macmillan’s Chief Executive, Ciarán Devane, welcomed guests to the Ball and gave an overview of the work the charity has been doing. Jamie Walters, Chairman of the Enchanted Ball Committee 2013, then gave a speech and wished everyone an enchanted evening.

The amazing live band Totem, performed as dinner was served. Throughout the evening there were performances from the cast of Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera and Cats, who finished with a spine tingling rendition of One Day More from Les Misérables. Stand-up comedian Shappi Khorsandi also gave a hilarious performance, including an impromptu auction for a plate of dessert which eventually sold for an amazing £100!

One of the highlights of the evening was the Live Auction conducted by Lord Archer, with prizes including Enchanted Treasure Chests from Derren Brown, Benedict Cumberbatch and Emma Thompson, as well as holidays to Thailand, Tanzania, the Seychelles and South Africa. A jaw dropping £50,500 was raised in this auction alone! Throughout the evening there was also a silent auction, where guests used tablets on their tables to bid for prizes including a beautiful Tresor Paris crystal apple ornament. Other prizes included a signed guitar from Mick Jagger, VIP tickets for V Festival, a cooking course with Theo Randall and many other incredible lots. When the silent auction finished at 11.30pm, the Tresor Paris crystal apple had reached £600!

After all the excitement of the auction, guests were reminded of why they were there when a young lady whose sister was diagnosed with cancer gave an inspiring speech. She discussed how Macmillan Cancer Support helped her and her family deal with the life changing diagnosis. A Macmillan nurse also spoke about her work and how she supports her patients.

By the end of the evening, over £77,000 was raised for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The Tresor Paris team were in for a real treat last Friday when actor, rapper, overall gorgeous guy Ashley Walters (aka Asher D) paid a visit to the London office!

First rising to fame in the infamous UK garage crew So Solid, Ashley has climbed to the upper echelons of fame thanks to starring roles in films such as Sugarhouse and Bullet Boy for which he won Best Newcomer at the British Independent Film Awards. The London team could hardly contain their excitement!

The Peckham born rapper was treated to three Tresor Paris accessories and left glinting and glittering like the star he is! Walters chose the stylish yet sultry white crystal and magnetite stainless steel black cross from our popular Mechelen collection, pairing it with the sleek white crystal and magnetite bracelet from the Tresor Paris Orion collection.

Of course the team couldn’t let him leave without the latest addition to Tresor Paris’ range, a gorgeous black watch. With a sleek stainless steel bezel, white dial featuring a diamond at the 12 o’clock position and the addition of an interchangeable white crystal encrusted stainless steel bezel. His choices certainly proved to the team at Tresor Paris that Ashley Walters is a man of impeccable taste!

Everyone at the Tresor Paris London showroom absolutely loved meeting Ashley and can’t wait to see him making a dramatic entrance into BBC1’s Doctor Who on the 27th April 2013!

Tyler James fans can catch Tresor Paris’ exclusive interview with him on the Tresor Paris YouTube channel and see him opening up about his early life, collaborating with Kano, and vandalising young girl’s £400 phones!

At the peak of his spectacular comeback, kick started when he blew away the judges in the notorious auditions round of the The Voice, TP caught Tyler wearing the brown turquoise skull bracelet from the Pluto collection. Immediately capturing the heart of the nation with his R&B influenced style, Tyler James has never looked back. Tresor Paris caught up with the artist as he was gearing up to release his latest single “Worry About You”, which hit the shops at the end of February.

James told Tresor Paris that this hit was actually written five years ago, and was the only one of his old songs chosen to be reworked in the recording room, which included adding rapper Kano’s urban sound to the mix. With the contagious track having being played all over the airwaves as of late, Tyler James is being forced to face the facts, he’s finally made it to the big time, and Tresor Paris couldn’t be happier for him!
Tresor Paris loved meeting Tyler and especially enjoyed his accapella serenade!
